Group bookings

Reservations can be modified or cancelled by the guest until 15 days prior to arrival. The mandatory prerequisite for the booking is 100% prepayment no later than 15 days before arrival. If the prepayment is not received to the hotel’s bank account 14 days before arrival, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally. Starting from the 14th day prior to arrival the reservation is non-refundable and the cost of cancellation or no-show is 100% of the reservation price.
